Returns reviewed individually

Return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer automatic change-of-mind returns. Please review the listing, photographs, condition notes and measurements, and ask any questions before purchasing.

Requesting a return

Email support@repository.la with your order number, the reason for the request and relevant photographs. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address, instructions and applicable arrangements for return shipping.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or differs materially from its description, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue. Case-by-case review does not remove any return, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will confirm the refund arrangements after receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; bank wire refunds are arranged directly with the purchaser. Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank.
