Shipping within the United States

We offer free shipping to addresses within the United States. Orders ship from Los Angeles, California. International shipping is not available at launch.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within seven calendar days after payment is received and verified. This is our dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping service.

Tracking details are provided when your order ships. If we anticipate a dispatch delay, we will contact you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot always be accommodated after dispatch.

Bank wire purchases

Selections with a merchandise subtotal of $10,000 USD or more, excluding tax, require payment by bank wire through our private purchase process. Contact us to confirm availability, the full order total and payment instructions. An enquiry does not reserve an item. Any reservation and its expiry will be confirmed separately. Do not send funds before receiving instructions for your confirmed order.

Delivery issues

If a shipment is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact support@repository.la with your order number and relevant details. Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage so we can investigate with the carrier.
