How your purchase works

1. Send your name, email, destination country, postal code, item codes and any notes.
2. We confirm availability, your order total including applicable tax, and any reservation expiry.
3. After you accept the quote, we send a Shopify payment link in the confirmed supported currency.
4. Shipping cost and dispatch timing are confirmed in your quote. Any import duties or taxes are explained before purchase.

Sending a request does not place an order or reserve stock. Availability and prices are confirmed before payment.
